Tour overview

These five days four nights safari begins with an overnight stay in Kenya’s bustling Nairobi city and following day departs you to the shimmering plains of Amboseli national park for one night and proceeds to Tsavo west national park which has beautiful scenery of rocky outcrops and volcanic hills, the spectacular mzima springs which attracts rich wildlife including elephants, hippos, crocodiles, gazelles, zebras and giraffes wandering around the banks among many other features. Continue to Taita hills a luxury private wildlife sanctuary in Kenya’s Tsavo. The sanctuary offer breath taking landscape views of Mount Kilimanjaro and a great recreational area. The tour safari ends with drop off at Mombasa coast beach.

Itinerary:

Day 01: Nairobi Overnight

Upon arrival at the Jomo Kenyatta international Airport, you will be met and transferred to Hilton Garden hotel for check in and depending on your arrival time, you do some sightseeing or spend afternoon at leisure.

Day 02: Nairobi / Amboseli National Park

You will be picked up after breakfast and depart southeast to Amboseli National Park.

Arrive at Amboseli Serena safari lodge in time for lunch. Afternoon game drive and return back to the lodge in the evening.

Day 03: Amboseli National Park / Tsavo West National Park

Today you will have early breakfast, then depart for a morning game drive, Return to the lodge for lunch. You will depart for Tsavo west national park after lunch. The tour will take you east, across the spectacular Shetani lava flow, a reminder of the molten outpouring that spilled down the scenic slopes of the nearby Chyulu Hills over the last three centuries. A zig-zagging road through scrub thorn and acacia that leads you into Tsavo National Park, which form the largest of Kenya’s parks both. Upon arrival in the tsavo west park, you will do a game drive enroute to the lodge arriving in the evening for check in and dinner.

Meal plan: Lunch / Dinner /Breakfast

Day 04: Tsavo West National Park / Taita Hills Wildlife Sanctuary

You will go for a morning game drive tsavo west park and visit the Mzima Springs with its underwater viewing holes. Return to the lodge for lunch and drive to the Taita Hills Wildlife Sanctuary for check in and afternoon spent at leisure, viewing the herds of elephants and other game from the balconies or the lodge’s underground hide.

Overnight at Salt Lick Safari Lodge

Meal plan: Breakfast / Lunch / Dinner

Day 05: Taita Hills Wildlife Sanctuary / Mombasa Coast

After breakfast, Leave for a morning game drive in Taita Hills wildlife Sanctuary.

You will have Lunch at Taita Hills Safari Resort and Spa before continuing your journey to Mombasa, reaching your North or South Coast beach hotel by late afternoon.
